Presentation Guidelines
Important information for e-poster presenters (mandatory)
- All electronic posters (e-posters) will be uploaded prior to the conference and made available to conference delegates through the virtual e-poster platform.
- Create your e-poster as you would normally do in PowerPoint and then save it as a .pdf file. E-posters in pdf are mandatory.
- Your e-poster should be laid out in portrait style. The size of your slide should be 118.9 cm high and 89.1 cm wide.
3-minute taped presentation (optional)
- Create your presentation as you would normally do in PowerPoint.
- Then create a recording or an audio narration presenting your slide(s). You can find suggestions on how to do so in the detailed on-demand poster guidelines. Your presentation must not exceed 3 minutes.
- All presentations must be in mp4 | 720 dpi format.
Resources
All symposia and roundtable presentations will be pre-recorded. Invited speakers will have a between 6 and 12 minutes (check in the email received from the HIVR4P // Virtual Secretariat the exact time, as it varies from session to session) to present their slides. Please note that your presence online will still be needed for the live Q&A.
