This platform is accessible via any device that can connect to the internet via an internet browser; this could be your desktop, laptop, tablet or smartphone. The experience is fully responsive to any device. If you log in with the same account from a different device, you pick up where you left off. You can log in from different devices on your HIVR4P // Virtual account. However, note that you can only watch sessions on one device at a time.
How do I watch presentations on my mobile device?
This platform is mobile responsive and is automatically formatted to play on most mobile devices. Simply log in on your mobile device. We cannot guarantee compatibility with every mobile device as operating system requirements frequently vary.

This platform is designed to be easily accessible for all delegates. To access the platform, you will simply need a device with audio (desktop, laptop, tablet, smartphone) and a stable internet connection.

If you are seeing a blank, white screen or just a blank screen when trying to view a session, then you can try to hit the Refresh button, located in the top-right of the screen. If you are seeing a blank screen with a spinning circle then the stream you are trying to view has already ended and we are awaiting the next session to begin.

Is the online programme the same as the programme at a glance?
How do I see the schedule of all sessions at the conference?
The online programme provides an in-depth hour-by-hour, day-by-day programme, outlining all programme sessions. Each live session starts at the time (UTC) indicated on the online programme. If you missed a live session, it will be available on-demand within 24 hours on the HIVR4P // Virtual Platform.
All the session times are indicated in “UTC”. What does that mean and what time zone is that?

Yes, live sessions will be recorded and available in the on-demand channel.
