Nationals of countries which signed bilateral or multilateral agreements on the abolition of visa requirement are visa-free if they stay in Spain for a maximum period of 90 days and do not take up employment. Are you a citizen of any of these States? If so, you will not require a visa to participate in the Conference (if you live in any of these States, but did not acquire the citizenship of any of these states, you may require a visa to participate in the Conference).

Citizens/residents of all other states should apply for their visa (only after receipt of the confirmation email) at the Spanish representation (Embassy or Consulate General) in their country of residence.

An official Letter of Invitation to obtain a Visa and authorization to attend the HIVR4P 2018 Conference will be issued ONLY after registration has been completed and full payment received by the Conference Secretariat.
